Coffee hack

Mmmm, coffee. A subject that generates a lot of passionate opinion, and there are more knowledgeable and more motivated coffee experts than me. I don’t claim that this method is perfect, or unique, or original. Nevertheless here is my cafetière method; for which I assert the following properties:

  • time efficient
  • warms the mug(s)
  • maximises strength of coffee per bean
  • no wasted energy in boiling water
  • avoids water-too-hot-bitter-coffee syndrome
